Summertime means one thing: On July 20th it's time for another Subspecies and Olera Berry Reset!All Olera Berries, Dubious Berries and Forbidden Berries will be reset in both the Barrie's Berry Shop as well as the Alley Shop for users to purchase once again! Go grab your rare berries and remember: those items are also tradeable again as explained in the June Newsletter (which also explains how to unlock already bought items to remove their account lock)!As always, we are excited to see what you create with those berries.

Hero is our beloved mascot. His overly helpful personality is known around all of Chrysalopolis and eventually led to being famous and even getting his own comic books. Even his cape has reached an iconc status, so iconic that people frequently mistake him for a cosplayer rather than the "real" Hero. Not much is known about Hero before he became famous, but...
Hero has finally returned from his adventure to let us know more about his lore! (Apologies for the teaser last month, I wanted to finish him sooner, but got sick.)

Mach comes from a rather wealthy background, attending a prestigious academy, consistently earning top grades and quickly becoming known for both his sharp mind and disciplined work. But Mach had other interests which ultimately led to him losing contact with his family..
Mach, event organizer and coach, professional judge and referee. What are Mach's special interests? What are his ties to Hero and Galarda?

Besides focusing on NPC lore we also would like to add some worldbuilding lore whenever we are able to!While we cannot guarantee monthly new topics, we are trying to add more lore and miscellaneous topics whenever there is time between other events.
Matching with Mach's lore we have added some general info about Paca sports and sporting events. You can read more about it on our >> new Worldbuilding Lore page! << (Similar to the NPC Lore page, they can be found under Info -> General Guides, where all our other guides are listed, too. Of course we are also working on various different guides in the background that will be added there over time, thank you for your patience!)

ChaoChild 's Discord game night will take place on July 11th for a standard game night. There will be no Frankenpaca this month to give users the chance to focus on ArtFight and the current CraftToEnter! There will be reminders posted in the server when they're getting things ready and when the game is live! This is just the beginning of a bigger change but the overlay of the Criteria Rewards list when submitting a prompt has been updated. We have additionally updated the bonus for Gift Art to 200 Leaflets to increase motivation to create artworks for other community members! We are currently working on a much larger overhaul of the prompt system behind the scenes! This rework aims to make prompts a more enjoyable experience for everyone. While there is still some work that has to be done, we are excited about the improvements currently in development and look forward to sharing more details as progress continues.
While there are no big events planned for this month, there are 2 Flash Prompts waiting for you! You can find the "Sweet Dreams" and "Summer Haiku" prompts in the Flash Prompt category to earn some little extra currency. Of course you can also use the break to work on your regular Monthly, Seasonal, Pet and ARPG prompts, too. Or take a little break in between all those events, you deserve it!

He's an outgoing Paca who gets exhausted quite easily while doing farm work. He is always willing to step on a new adventure and has a heart of gold.

Though some would consider a Fluffy to be a "creepy crawly", since they share a leg count with most Pacapillars, generally they're actually fairly loved across Chrysalopolis. They love snacks intended for Pacapillars, however they will also feed themselves by flying up to a corner of your house with their tiny wings, and spinning a strong web up there to catch and feast on pests, keeping your home safe from unwanted invasions.
Is that a Shroom Slider? Maybe if you eat it you'll get Slug Body! Oh... Wait, that's... a Slime??? Often found hiding with real burgers at barbecues, and not having the best survival instincts, Burger Slimes are frequently mistaken for food and bitten by unsuspecting Pacapillars, usually giving Pacapillars quite the scare when their sandwich starts to squirm or squeak!

Iiii personally would love to hear more about different jobs, habits and food of the Paca world. But I also like the idea of diving more into different lore for various areas and cities of Chrysalopolis...

I would lOve (this might not be small enough, idk) to know more about what life is like in the different regions of all of paca world but also (if the old Chrysalopolis map is still any valid) the districts within Chrysalopolis
