How To Make Meringue Cookies:
You’ll need:
-3 large egg whites
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Make sure to preheat the
oven to 200 degrees F
line baking trays with
parchment paper

First, whisk the egg whites, cream of tartar, and vamilla extract together until it is frothy, and forms soft peaks.

Next, gradually add the granulated sugar in tablespoon amounts to the mixture, beating for another 5 minutes after you’ve added all of it.

When putting mixture on the baking trays, put it in a piping bag with a star tip and pipe the cookies so that there’s an inch between each of them.

Bake for 45 minutes, then turn the oven off and let sit in the oven for another 30 minutes.
