RULES:
- Keep all bids, offers, entries, and claims under the comment associated with the design you're interested in
- If you are looking for a payment plan, for sales over $100 USD, please reach out to the designer prior to bidding to make sure they are ok with it.
- For Auctions:
- Auctions end 24 hours (1 day) after the most recent bid.
- Reply to the highest bidder
- For Offer To Adopts:
- Keep all offers posted in their respective comment thread.
- Only offer what you can actually provide.
- If you are helping someone else out by adding to their offer for them to possibly obtain the design, please reply to the person you are adding to the offer of so that it is known it is a combined offer.
- When offering USD, monetary offers cannot be lower than $50
- Offers close when the designer has chosen an offer they like.
- Mixed offers are welcome.
- For Flat Sale Raffles (Flaffles):
- Flaffles are free to enter, but if you are rolled as the winner, then you are expected to pay the price the character is listed as.
- Faffles are rolled 72 hours (3 days) after the first entry is posted.
- For First Come, First Serve Flat Sales (Basic Flat Sale):
- Reply to the respective comment to claim the design.
- Staff and/or designers will reach out to winners through Discord. If you fail to send payment for monetary sales within 24 hours of being contacted, you will have a temporary sales ban placed on your account. If you are offering money on any of these designs, please remember to check your DM requests on Discord to ensure you don't miss a possible message from us!
General Rules:
♦ By purchasing a Pacapillar design, you are agreeing with our Terms of Service
♦Please do not delete or edit your bids (with one exception: if you accidentally made a bid outside of the bid chain or replied to the wrong comment).
♦ Please do not bid if you do not currently have the funds. Dropping out will result in a 4 week ban from sales. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned from sales.
♦ The winner of the auction or sale will be contacted through Discord or deviantART to discuss payment details and file delivery.
♦ We reserve the right to deny a sale to a user for any reason.
♦ Please be courteous to other people in the comments/bid chain. Rude behavior may result in being disqualified from the sale.
♣ Payment Plans ♣
Payment plans are a case-by-case scenario for these sales posts, but only for bids/offers over $100. Please contact the desinger of the sale you are interested in prior to bidding to ensure they are ok with a payment plan, and to work out details.
If you get the ok from your designer for a payment plan, you must pay a non-refundable down payment of at least 30% of the sale, with the rest being paid off within 4 weeks or less.
