Grants your pacapillar a new Standard Pacapillar form.  Pacapillars can have more than one Standard form, but they may not have more than one form for each of the other subspecies.
Pacapillars that have consumed an elixir will be able to freely shapeshift between forms.
To get a new form approved, please submit a design update to the site, and attach this item.
Elixir designs are able to use any traits within SR rarity, but will still require an Olera Berry or other items if you want to add mutations to the design.

It always wants to be helpful, but it's hands are too tiny to hold anything you give it. It's feathers seem to reflect the sunlight.
