You can use this item to create one (1) Pacapillar (Common). Use this item along with Psidium Berry to make a Rare Pacapillar. For a Super Rare Pacapillar, you'll need to use BOTH a Psidium AND Fragaria Berry.  For Natural Subspecies,  use a Dubious berry on an SR slot, and for Unnatural Subsecies use a Forbidden Berry on an SR Slot.
Using an Olera Berry along with this item will not upgrade the overall rarity of your Pacapillar, but it will grant you one mutation.

Grants your pacapillar a new Monster Pacapillar form.  Pacapillars cannot have more than one Monster form. 
Pacapillars that have consumed an elixir will be able to freely shapeshift between forms.

Elixir designs are able to use any traits within SR rarity, but will still require an Olera Berry or other items if you want to add mutations to the design.

The following traits are not considered mutations for Monster pacapillars:
Multi-texture, Eye mutations (spider eyes, no eyes, cyclops, body eyes), Animation

The following traits are not allowed on Monster pacapillars:
Octo Body, Fins, Slug Body, Paws.
