Grants your Pacapillar a new Standard Pacapillar form.  Pacapillars can have more than one Standard form, but they may not have more than one form for each of the other Subspecies.
Pacapillars that have consumed an Elixir will be able to freely shapeshift between forms.

To get a new form approved, please submit a design update to the site, and attach this item.
Elixir designs are able to use any traits within SR rarity, but will still require an Olera Berry or other items if you want to add mutations to the design.

Forms do not get their traits added except for mutations and the respective form trait!

The following mutations are not allowed on Poison Pacapillars:
Pincers that are larger than one body height, Fins, Slug Body, Octo Body, any modification that removes the poison nose horn
