Traits

Shedding (Nat. Sub) (Natural Subspecies)

Category: Mutation
Species: Pacapillar

(Missing description)

Body Eyes (Mutation)

Category: Mutation

(Outdated description)

The pacapillar will have eyes on it's body or any part not covered by the face area, including on it's feelers or the back of it's head. There can be any number of eyes on the body. The paca will still have a pair of eyes in the default face location unless this is paired with a "No Eyes" mutation.

Spider Eyes (Poison) (Natural Subspecies)

Category: Mutation
Species: Pacapillar (Poison subtype)

(Outdated description)

The pacapillar has 3-10 eyes on it's face area. They will still have a pair of eyes in the default position, and the extra eyes cannot go past the default eyes/onto the cheeks of the paca, above the forehead or below the chin. This is a common trait for Poison Pacapillars, and a Mutation for both Shelled Pacas and Gilled Pacas. All other Eye Mutations (cyclops, No Eyes and Body Eyes) are still considered Mutations for all natural species.

Spider Eyes (Monster) (Unnatural Subspecies)

Category: Mutation
Species: Pacapillar (Monster subtype)

(Outdated description)

The pacapillar has 3-10 eyes on it's face area. They will still have a pair of eyes in the default position, and the extra eyes cannot go past the default eyes/onto the cheeks of the paca, above the forehead or below the chin. This is a common trait for Monster Pacapillars, and a Mutation for Winged Pacapillars. All other Eye Mutations (cyclops, No Eyes and Body Eyes) are still considered Mutations for all unnatural species.

Animation (Mutation)

Category: Mutation

(Outdated description)

A part of the pacapillar is animated and can move on it's own. This includes aura, feelers, extrusions and prehensile feelers (feelers functioning as limbs). This does not apply to feelers moving to express emotion, but for parts that move independantly of the pacapillar. Feelers can change shape slightly; eg fire feelers can constantly move, flower feelers can bloom and wilt.

Fins (Mutation+)

Category: Mutation
Species: Pacapillar

(Outdated description)

The pacapillar's limbs are replaced by small fins. These will not turn a standard paca into a gilled paca, and cannot be long enough to resemble those of a gilled (ie; not large enough for a paca to use them to swim with). They can be any style, but must fit the rarity of the paca (if a paca cannot have holes in their feelers, then they cannot have holes in their fins). The fins must also be the same texture as the pacapillar.

Animation+ (Segmentation) (Mutation+)

Category: Mutation
Species: Pacapillar

(Outdated description)

The Pacapillar's body is divided in floating segments.

Multi-Texture (Gilled) (Natural Subspecies)

Category: Mutation
Species: Pacapillar (Gilled subtype)

Chameleon (Gilled) (Natural Subspecies)

Category: Mutation
Species: Pacapillar (Gilled subtype)

(Missing description)

Cyclops (Mutation)

Category: Mutation

(Outdated description)

The pacapillar has only one eye. The single eye can be in the default position of the pacapillar's face (with the other one missing), or can be anywhere in the face area (not going past the default eye position, above the forehead or below the chin).

Wyvern (Mutation)

Category: Mutation
Species: Snekket

(Missing description)

Lochness (Mutation+)

Category: Mutation
Species: Snekket

Replaces 2-4 of a Snekket's legs with fins.
Fin length must still adhere to our Snekket Leg Sizing Guide.

Overlay (Mutation+)

Category: Mutation
Species: Pacapillar

Overlay acts similar to aura, but much more complex. It encapsulates the body of the pacapillar in full, and can have various effects, such as (but not limited to) glitch, hologram, flame, and amoeba. The Overlay must be see-through enough that the pacapillar is still clear beneath it, but must take up anywhere from 50% of the body to 100%. Glowing effects and disappearing Overlays will still need their appropriate twin traits to be applied (such as bioluminescence and animation.)

Animation Overlay

Multi-Texture (Standard) (Mutation)

Category: Mutation

(Outdated description)

The paca has two or three textures on their body. Each texture needs to be present over a large enough area on the paca's body. Textures can only be within the rarity of a paca (eg; a rare paca cannot have mist and crystals, but they can have transparent and mist).

Shedding (Mutation)

Category: Mutation

(Outdated description)

The pacapillar is always shedding an object or bits of their texture. The object can be anything, and is not affected by the overall rarity of the pacapillar. The pacapillar can shed objects from any part of it's body. In masterlist images, the paca should be shown to shed the object.
