Profile M-1681: Poof the majestic PacaDrake

If you draw her, I'd prefer if her fur matched up a bit more like her dragon form (front two paws sticking out of chest fur)

There's a few other changes (cloud spikes on back, white marking on front paws,  ear markings are just flat color) That will be officially updated later and doesn't need to be drawn now
