Illude is a mysterious, but dangerous and cruel individual that's selfish and only makes friends to get what he wants, seemingly soulless in his motives. He runs a fake fortune telling buisness to manipulate the masses into giving him what he wants, or convincing them wingeds are nothing but tyrannical gods that dominate and control all of paca-kind. His ultimate goal is not well known, but it can be guessed from how he acts.
