Frosted Cookie is the co-owner of Peppermint Milk's Cozy Coffee Shop.  While Peppermint is the one who focuses on making delicious and sugary drinks, Cookie specializes in, well, cookies!  She has always had a passion for baking and enjoys experimenting with different flavors and baking techniques.  She can make any cookie, from your classic chocolate chip - to brightly colored macarons.  Along with baking, she also takes much enjoyment in studying any trends in fashion.  She loves collecting elegant garments and jewelry to create a unique look for every and any occasion.

Along with being their business partner, Frosted Cookie and Peppermint Milk have been dating each other for some time now.  Those who know them would describe their relationship as being very loving and filled with joy.
