He's a villain in the sense of being an inconvenience/annoyance. He loves to cause problems but it's never anything that causes real damage. He's a very cartoony Villain and acts like he's the best or like royalty (which is why he wears a crown all the time). He also has a one-sided crush on Ribbit.
