Claim (#10182) Approved

Hello,
I just now realized that my Monet's Snekket Care Kit turned from an openable item into a collectible ;n;

Is there any way that I could trade that collectible into the items that I would have gotten if I had opened the item before March when it turned into a collectible? I'm super happy that the same thing didn't happen to the Eggs Giving Basket so that I didn't lose the myo egg contained in it. I just like how the original items look so I didn't open them thinking I could always open them later ;n;
Since it seems collectibles are becoming such a big part of the gameplay I'll now know in the future to open all of the openable items right away going forward.
