I don't sing as I'm very uncomfortable with my voice, however I hope my recording still counts for this given how many songs nowadays are done in a similar format (just with instrumentals in the background; I have zero idea how to digitally make instrumentals that dont sound like crap)
The audio recording is underneath the lyrics.
My mic didn't pick it up, however imagine hearing thousands of crickets singing on a summer night behind my audio, as that's what I was listening to myself in real life, their little humms keeping me to a consistent pattern.
I should mention I also became quieter at points because I am very shy on letting anyone even hear me speak. I'm extremely selectively mute, so even if it's not sung in a traditional manor where one would increase and decrease their vocal ranges, it was still very difficult for me to calm myself enough to record this much.

Basil wrote this for his boyfriend, Milkshake. They are very in love. Milkshake also works at a coffee shop (hence the latte line)
